As you know, we usually discuss Tequesta Towers here. Usually we stick to other communities located here in Tequesta Towers, but today I wanted to talk about The Floridian in Miami Beach.

While The Floridian really does offer a little bit for everyone. It’s hard to overlook how nice the Miami Beach location is. There is a little bit for everyone in Miami Beach with the bonus that The Floridian condos is wonderful as well.

The Floridian really offers a lot of great features including a tennis, boating, gated entry, exercise area and clubhouse.

While you’ll love the community, the Miami Beach is also amazing. The features of the city include things like amazing weather, amazing beaches, the nicest boutiques and pristine parks.

We have a lot of great real estate available here in Tequesta Towers. But we also like to discuss communities you might like in other areas from time to time. One such community is Beach View in Miami Beach.

Everyone who has made Beach View homes their home has found out why this community is amazing. You’ll enjoy what this community has to offer and the Miami Beach location will keep you comming back for more.

There are many great features in Beach View. There are too many to list here, but they include a tennis, golf and gated entry.

And the city of Miami Beach is pretty amazing as well. Located in the heart of everything, such as amazing malls, easy access to the beaches, amazing parks and amazing weather, you’ll fall in love with everything about this city.
